2. What this notice covers

This legal notice applies to the website huchy.eu, the app app.huchy.eu and the admin panel admin.huchy.eu.

3. What Huchy is

Huchy is a tool for organising your savings: it records what you do and does the maths. Huchy doesn't buy anything, doesn't give advice and doesn't hold your money. It is not a financial institution and does not provide investment services.

4. Using the site

  • Use the website and the app in good faith and in line with the law.
  • Don't try to get into other people's accounts, get round the security measures or overload the service.
  • Don't copy the website or the app with automated programs or use them to send advertising.

5. Content

The guides and the calculator are for information only. Calculated without interest, returns or inflation. The figures in the guides come with their source.

6. Intellectual property

The “Huchy” brand, the design of the website and the app, their texts, the guides and the code belong to VG Capital, S.L.U. or are used with the permission of whoever created them. You can link to the guides and quote them with their source; for any other use, write to us at hola@huchy.eu.

7. Links to third parties

The website may link to third-party pages, such as the sources of the guides. We are not responsible for their content. We never link to brokers.

8. Law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. With consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
