What people ask us about the price
Can my whole family use Huchy Pro?
Yes. Huchy Pro includes up to 6 people aged 18 or over, each with their own login, at no extra cost. You don't need to live together. Children without a login, whom the parents manage, and people who contribute from outside, like a grandmother, don't take up a seat.
Who pays for the family plan?
Just one person, the family admin. If the family is left without an active Pro (because the trial ends, it's read-only or a payment fails), any adult can tap “Activate Pro” and becomes the person who pays.
What happens when the 14-day free trial ends?
We remind you on day 12. If you haven't activated Pro by day 14, Huchy switches to read-only: you can see everything you recorded, but you can't add anything new. When you activate it, you carry on where you left off. We keep your data for 120 days in case you come back, and we let you know before we delete it.
Will the launch price go up?
Not for you if you subscribe before 1 April 2027: you keep €7.99 a month or €79 a year for as long as you stay subscribed. It would only change if taxes change.
What if I change my mind after paying?
You get 14 days from subscribing to withdraw from the app. We refund what you paid minus the part you used: on the annual plan, if you withdraw on day 10, about €76.84. The family loses Pro and switches to read-only, without deleting anything.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From the app, in Settings, Subscription, with no need to call anyone. The person who pays cancels. The family keeps Pro until the end of the paid period and then switches to read-only, without deleting anything.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with its own invoice in the name of the person who pays, with the taxes shown separately. You can download them in Settings, Subscription, Invoices. If you need a full invoice with your tax details, you can request it from there.
Can I pay yearly or switch to the annual plan?
Yes. The annual plan costs €79, compared with €95.88 for twelve separate months, with the same launch price. You can switch from monthly to annual whenever you like in Settings, Subscription.
Can other people see what I record?
No, unless you want them to. Your accounts, goals, transactions, budget and cash are private by default, including from the family admin. Others only see what you mark as Joint or share with them.
Are investments included in Huchy Pro? Coming soon
Coming soon, in the same Pro at no extra cost. You enter them by hand: funds, ETFs, pension plans, managed portfolios and shares, with their dividends and split by person. There are no automatic prices and no connection to your broker, and we never ask for its password. Huchy doesn't buy anything, doesn't give advice and doesn't hold your money. It only keeps track.
