1. Who provides the service

Huchy is provided by VG Capital, S.L.U. (sociedad limitada unipersonal), with NIF (Spanish tax number) B93863066, registered address at Calle La Sagra, 2, Res. Los Huertos, 9, 03185 Torrevieja (Alicante), Spain and email hola@huchy.eu. Commercial Registry: Registro Mercantil de Alicante, Sección 8, Hoja A-207556, Inscripción 1.ª, Año 2026.

2. What Huchy is

Huchy is a tool for organising your savings: it records what you do and does the maths. Huchy doesn't buy anything, doesn't give advice and doesn't hold your money. It is not a financial institution and does not provide investment services. Huchy doesn't give financial advice.

3. Your account

Only people aged 18 or over can have an account. One person, one account. You have to keep your password, or access to your email, safe.

4. The free trial

14 days free, no card needed. There is one trial per person and per family. When it ends, the family switches to read-only: you can see everything and export it, but you can't add anything. If nobody activates Pro, the data is deleted 120 days after the end of the trial, and we tell you beforehand.

5. Huchy Pro and its price

• Huchy Pro costs €7.99 a month or €79 a year, including tax. That is the final price. There is a single plan, for the whole family: up to 6 people, each with their own login.
• Launch price. If you subscribe before 1 April 2027, you keep this price for as long as you stay subscribed, unless taxes change. It is lost if the subscription ends and you later start a new one.
• Payment method. Card, through Stripe.
• Confirmation of the contract. When you activate Huchy Pro, we send you by email the confirmation of the contract, with these terms and the withdrawal form, on a durable medium you can keep.

6. Who pays in the family

Only one person pays: whoever takes out Huchy Pro and runs the family. If they hand over the admin role to another adult, they keep paying until they cancel the renewal or leave the family. The other adults don't pay or receive invoices. If the family is left without an active Pro, any adult can activate it and then pays for it and runs the family.

The payment contract is only with whoever pays, and the invoices are in their name.

7. Renewal and cancellation

Huchy Pro renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or annual. On the annual plan we email you 30 days before each renewal, with the date and the amount. You can cancel whenever you like in Settings › Subscription: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and the remaining days are not refunded, except in the case of withdrawal or a change to the terms.

8. Withdrawal within 14 days

• Your right. Whoever pays can withdraw from the contract within the 14 calendar days after each paid sign-up (each time they activate Pro), not after renewals.
• Immediate start. Huchy Pro starts when you pay. For that, you ask us expressly, with the checkbox “I want Huchy Pro to start now. I understand that if I withdraw within the next 14 days, Huchy will refund what I paid minus the part of the period already used.”. You can't pay without ticking it.
• How much we refund. What you paid minus the part of the period already used, in calendar days, counting the first day of the period as day one.
• How. With the “Withdraw from contract here” button in Settings › Subscription, which is visible while the period lasts, or by email to hola@huchy.eu, with the form in the annex or with any clear statement. If you use the button, you confirm with “Confirm withdrawal” and see on screen the date and time of your request.
• Acknowledgement. We email you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal, on a durable medium, with the date and time of your request.
• Refund. Within 14 days of your request, by the same means of payment, with its corrective invoice.
• What happens to the family. The whole family loses Pro and switches to read-only. Nothing is deleted, and any adult can activate Pro again.
• If there were two payments within the period. Write to us and we'll handle it manually.

9. Failed payment

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it up to 8 times over 2 weeks and we let whoever pays and the other adults know. In the meantime, the family keeps Pro. If the payment can't be collected, the family switches to read-only and nothing is deleted for 24 months. Any adult can activate Pro.

10. Joining a family when you were already paying

If you were paying for your own Huchy Pro and you join a family: on the monthly plan, it stops renewing at the end of the period; on the annual plan, we refund the unused part, with its corrective invoice.

11. Leaving the family or being removed

What is personal goes with you to your own space in Huchy; what you contributed to family goals stays in the family under your name. Your space starts with the Pro the family had: 30 days if the family had paid Pro, the remaining trial days if it was on trial, or read-only if it already was. If you don't activate Pro, your space stays read-only, with download, for 24 months if the family ever paid or until 120 days after the end of the trial if not; we tell you before deleting it. You can delete your account whenever you like. If the person leaving is the one who pays, they first have to hand over the admin role to another adult; their subscription goes with them, as individual Pro, and the family keeps Pro for 30 days, during which any adult who stays can activate Pro.

12. Changes to the price or to these terms

We can change the price of Huchy Pro, the number of people it includes or these terms only for these reasons: a change in taxes or in the law, an increase in the costs of the services we use to provide Huchy, or a change in Huchy's features. We will email you at least 30 days before the change applies, with what changes and from when. If you don't agree, you can cancel before that date and we will refund the part you have paid and not used. If you have the launch price, you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed, unless taxes change.

13. What Huchy doesn't do and its liability

Huchy doesn't give financial, tax or legal advice. The figures come from what you record: Huchy doesn't check your data with your bank or your broker. The calculations are for guidance only. Huchy is liable for its service as the law provides and doesn't limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

14. Closing and deleting your account

You can delete your account whenever you like in Settings › Privacy. The deletion happens 14 days after you ask for it; until then you can change your mind and cancel it.

15. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer and live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country (art. 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Rome I). With consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction. You can send us your complaints at hola@huchy.eu.

16. Language of the contract

You can enter into this contract in any of these languages: Spanish, English, Russian, German, French, Dutch, Polish, Swedish and Norwegian. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.

17. Annex: model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract and prefer to do it by email.
